![]() ![]() ![]() you've come from Damona) you start in the Temple of Titan and your Monk escort asks you if you want him to come with you, of which you can say yes or no. This is the crucial part - when you return to the Temple of Titan from the other side of the mountain range in Arizona (i.e. They won't attack you when you have a Monk escort, but when you enter the Monk controlled area of the Temple of Titan (where all the Monk's are, and where most entrances to the undergound section of the missile base is) your Monk escort leaves you as you don't need his protection anymore. We're supposed to rob you." or something like it. If you don't have one (because you've left back at the missile silo for example), they'll start combat with you saying "Oh you don't have a Monk. They'll be marked as still being neutral, but when you go near them with a Monk escort, they'll say something like "Oh, you've got a Monk. If I remember correctly, the Raiders present at the Temple of Titan (NOT the Canyon) don't hav Monk escorts, so you can freely kill them. I think it revolves around entering the Canyon of Titan from the Temple of Titan (both are different maps). However, I think there is a way to discover the DBM base without having your Monk escort. This is bad, as of course having your Monk escort with you, the Raiders in the Canyon, who also have Monk escorts, will freely attack you and retaliating puts you in the bad books of the Mad Monks, because you've broken "Titan's Peace". Only problem with finding the DBM base is if you have your Monk with you, they'll kill him on sight and you don't get another. ![]()
